    Paul Woita brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Paul is passionate about working with clients to help them work toward their personal and financial goals. Paul is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a distinguished honor for those in the financial industry. Paul is a native of Rhinelander, WI and has resided in the Eau Claire community since 1977 with his wife Cathie. They are the proud parents of their two daughters, Andrea and Alexandra. Paul is very active in the community and has numerous hobbies including tennis, golf, skiing, landscaping, and traveling. Paul is an active member of the Eau Claire YMCA, Wisconsin Home Builders Association and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

    David Hopkins helps clients seeking to accumulate, preserve, protect, transfer and distribute their retirement assets. His goal is to help clients throughout their lives, always keeping needs as the focal point. David enjoys the long term relationships that the firm establishes with clients, and the happiness that he sees when clients successfully pursue their goals. David received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He also studied at The American College, where David earned his RICP® designation and completed his CFP® coursework. In 2016, David became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. David and his wife, Sarah, have resided in Eau Claire since 2004. David is a competitive golfer who enjoys the outdoors and a wide variety of sports. David is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, Wisconsin Home Builders Association, Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals of the Chippewa Valley, and is the incoming President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Big Rivers Chapter.

    Justin Zoromoski has been working with Woita & Associates since 2012. His knowledge and abilities range from helping young clients, to developing social security and income strategies for clients who are in or soon approaching the retirement phase of their life. As each of Justin’s parents own small businesses of their own, he has great passion in working with business owners, key executives and individual employees. He understands the different needs and goals that they may have and he enjoys helping them work towards greater levels. Justin enjoys helping others through his service as the President of the Thorp Area Chamber of Commerce; he also sits on the Business Management, Advisory Committee for the Chippewa Valley Technical College. Justin serves on the Board of Chippewa Valley Technical College, the Board of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – Big Rivers Chapter, and the Committee for the Chamber's Young Professionals of the Chippewa Valley. In Justin’s spare time he enjoys bowling, golfing, weight training and spending time with his wife, McKayla, and family and friends.

    Sara Eggebrecht joined Woita & Associates in 2012 upon her graduation from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, where she studied Business Management. Since her graduation she has provided our clients with great customer service and client relations. Sara is instrumental in new client onboarding and specializes in managing our advanced planning software and enjoys assisting clients with their many needs. In her free time, Sara enjoys swimming, traveling, golfing and coaching within the Chippewa Valley.

    Human Resources

    Cathie Woita spent her pre-retirement years as a Physical Education teacher in the Elk Mound School District but has kept herself quite busy in the past couple years. At the firm, Cathie manages our books along with handling our human resource needs. Although Cathie deems herself retired, she keeps busy teaching local fitness classes, volunteering for Meals on Wheels, biking, skiing, and enjoying time outside.

    Jessica Frank joined Woita & Associates in 2016 as a client service associate upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, where she studied Business Management. Jessica assists with servicing our clients along with the implementation and processing of insurance business. Jessica is a Menomonie native but has called the Chippewa Valley her home for a few years. In Jessica’s free time, she enjoys spending time at her family’s cabin with friends and family.

    Zachary Decker is a Registered ParaplannerSM with Woita & Associates. An RP ® has the education necessary to work on the basic elements of your financial picture, while the financial planner concentrates on your long-term goals.

    Zach is a recent graduate of Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College and a current student at Lakeland College working toward a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Accounting and ultimately pursuing a Certified Public Accountant designation. Zach is originally from Rice Lake, Wisconsin. In his free time he enjoys fishing, spending time with family, and cheering on the Packers and Badgers.
